360 Blue's Open Beach Guarantee - If the beach is closed within 3 miles of your rental property during your stay or anytime within 3 days prior to the date of your scheduled arrival for reasons related to the BP oil spill, and you elect to terminate your stay or cancel your reservation, 360 Blue will provide a full refund for your entire stay if cancelled or a pro rata refund of all remaining ‘rental fees’ associated with the remainder of your stay if terminated early.  Moreover, if you decide to stay in your accommodations despite the above beach closures, 360 Blue will provide you with a 50% refund of the ‘rental rate’ for the days the beaches were closed.
